Wherever you are coming from, you will find valuable information here. You can boost your chances of success in your role by gaining essential Leadership Styles. Here, you will learn how to navigate effectively in the world of First Level Leaders.
Who are First Level Leaders?
First Level Leaders, also known as SEE-level leaders are the most visible leaders in the company. These leaders play a cardinal role in the implementation of the business strategy. My 15 years of experience in a “Learning and Development” environment has convinced me that we inadvertently ignore the development of the leadership styles of this group.
Every time I step into a training room
with first and second level leaders (operational supervisors), new or experienced, my conjecture turns into conviction-this group of people is in need of essential leadership styles necessary to succeed. This group of managers, supervisors, team leaders etc. demand closer examination and guidance. They are the recipients of growing demands and challenges. Their actions, behaviors, and attitudes are most visible in quotidian routine.
What does Research indicate?
Research and trends indicate that companies have least confidence in their first level leaders and most confidence in senior level leaders. Therefore, investment in the training and development of this group is the most critical part of the business success.
That is the reason for this website! - to help people in the development of their leadership talent.
